How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to everywhere in North America with no minimum purchases. All taxes and duties are also covered, so the price you see on our website is exactly what you will be charged.
Do we ship to outside North America?
Absolutely, however in order to do so please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm additional shipping costs. However, due to the volume we ship with Fedex the shipping to Europe is extremely competitive.
Are your rugs easy to clean?

Is the rug I want to order in stock?
Yes and No, because every single Sumaq Rug is made-to-order we carry no stock; however, in essence we have thousands of rugs in stock because of manufacturing capabilities with Weavers across Peru. The flexibility of our manufacturing process allows us to make virtually any colour, type, shape, or design your mind can think up.
What is the quality of your rugs like?

How long does it take to receive my Sumaq Rug?
Delivery time depends on the size and complexity on the rug you designed. On average though a 5x7 standard rug will take roughly 6-8 weeks to get to your door, however in many circumstances we can produce it even quicker.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use Fedex exclusively for shipping directly from Peru to your door. All our rugs are shipped by air, so once your rug is completed quality control, you will have your rug within 5 business days.
Do I have to pay taxes?
Taxes are included in all the prices at Sumaq. Rest assure that the price you pay online is exactly the price you will end up paying – not a cent more!
What payments types do you accept?
We offer secured payment processing with VISA, Mastercard, Paypal and American Express.
Are the colours of your website accurate?
During the design process we try our best to accurately represent the colours of each rug. However, light, photography, and computer monitor can affect the colour of an image. However, if you are uncertain about how a particular rug will look, please contact our sales team at email@example.com

Why buy a Sumaq Rug?
Do we charge a re-stocking fee?
There are NO re-stocking fees, because we believe that it is an unnecessary way for retailer to punish their customers. We understand there are complications in life and we are not going to punish you for that.
